Apple cider vinegar is made by fermenting apple cider and unfaltering juice from pressed apples. The cider vinegar is used for its ability to control bacteria and virus. The organic acids of apple cider kill P. acne bacteria.

Apple cider vinegar is also helpful in removing excess oils and controls inflammation caused by bacteria.

How to use it – mix one part of apple cider with three parts of water and clean your skin with it using cotton balls. Afterward, rinse face from cold water and pat dry. Repeat daily for better results.
Using vinegar may cause some irritation, so it is recommended to use it carefully.

Zinc supplements

Zinc is essential for vital functions in the body like improving metabolism, cell growth, hormone production and enhancing immunity. On top of it, zinc is one of the best methods of curing acne, according to research. People with a high level of zinc have clear skin in comparison to those who don’t.

To make a diluted formula one should use one part of tea tree oil with nine parts of water. Clean the face using diluted tea tree oil and use moisturizer afterward. Repast the process daily for an acne free skin.

We all are aware of the fact that green tea has very high antioxidants. Drinking green tea has many health benefits, but it can be helpful in removing acne if applies directly on face.
The flavonoids and tannins in green tea are known for fighting bacteria and in reducing inflammation. These two are the major cause of acne and pain.
Green tea is also helpful in controlling sebum production and inhibits the growth of P. acne bacteria.
You can buy cream having green tea extracts or can apply boiled green tea on a face using a cotton ball.

Aloe vera is a tropical plant known for its gel-like leaves that are used in many beauty and health products. The gel is added in lotions, creams and many other products.
Aloe vera gel can heal wounds, cure rashes and burning sensations and cure skin problems.
Aloe vera gel is high in salicylic acid and sulfur, they both are considered best in curing acne.
